The Global Fight

Friends of the Global Fight needed more than good data. They needed the argument to hold, even as the political ground shifted beneath them. We helped them rebuild it.

Friends of the Global Fight works to stop deadly epidemics. They came to us with a challenge: turn dense, data-heavy research into narratives compelling enough to drive action and unlock funding from the people with the power to provide it.

We built a consistent visual system on top of their existing brand language, giving their communications more focus and credibility. Bold data visualizations brought the story into sharp relief, making complex evidence readable and persuasive for the stakeholders who needed to act on it.

Then the White House changed hands. With a new agenda in Washington, the audiences that mattered most had shifted, and the argument that had worked no longer did. We moved with them, reconceiving the data visualizations and rebuilding the case from the ground up for a new set of stakeholders with different priorities and pressure points.

The work helped unlock continued funding for programs fighting HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, and malaria worldwide. In global health, that's not an abstraction. It's lives.
