First Place Pediatrics
A growing pediatric home nursing network needed a brand as strong as the care it delivers. We built an identity that puts nurses at the center, earns the trust of families, and makes the case that home care can be done differently.

First Place Pediatrics is a network of boutique pediatric home nursing providers caring for medically complex children. Nurses are the heart of the organization. As FPP expanded, leadership needed a brand that could clearly express what makes the organization different and give nurses, families, and partners a reason to choose them.
We developed a brand strategy and messaging framework that spoke to all three audiences without losing a consistent voice. For nurses, the brand needed to communicate a professional environment where their work is valued and their careers can grow. For families, it needed to project warmth, reliability, and the kind of trust that only comes from genuine care. For partners, it needed to signal an organization serious about raising the standard for pediatric home care.
The visual identity translated that strategy into a system that feels confident and human. Photography was central, capturing authentic relationships between nurses and the families they serve rather than staged clinical moments. A flexible asset library gave the internal team the tools to communicate consistently across recruitment, family outreach, and partnership materials. A comprehensive style guide supported the internal rollout, helping leadership bring the brand to life across the organization.
The result is an identity that reflects who FPP is, and gives the organization the clarity and credibility to keep growing.
