C-P Leadership Forum
We led the full experiential design for Colgate-Palmolive's 2025 Leadership Forum, creating the event's look and feel, digital and physical environments, and a cohesive design system that brought their refreshed brand and "Make More Smiles" vision to life.

The Colgate-Palmolive Leadership Forum is an annual global gathering designed to align company leaders around purpose, values, and strategic direction. The 2025 Forum was a milestone moment, debuting the company's refreshed logo and new "Make More Smiles" tagline while bringing together leaders, partners, and guest speakers to shape a shared vision for the year ahead.
Working closely with Prophet and a network of collaborators, we led experiential design across the entire event. That meant defining the visual world, developing a scalable design system that extended across every touchpoint, and keeping a fast-moving, multi-partner process aligned from start to finish. We developed concepts for interactive experiences and guest-connection opportunities and managed creative workflows between teams throughout.
The work spanned both physical and digital environments. On the physical side, we delivered installations, dimensional displays, signage, printed materials, and branded swag, sourcing vendors and overseeing production to ensure quality and consistency. Digitally, we designed the event microsite, mobile app, and provided direction for motion elements. The design system carried through five days of on-screen presentations, creating a cohesive experience from keynote to breakout.
The result was an immersive, unified forum that reinforced Colgate's purpose, celebrated its refreshed brand, and sent leaders into the year ahead with clarity and momentum.
