BCG needed to attract top talent across a global, diverse candidate pool. We built a multi-channel campaign around real employee stories, giving candidates a genuine window into life at BCG and strengthening the firm's employer brand in the process.

BCG competes for exceptional people everywhere. To stand out, the firm needed more than a recruitment pitch. It needed a campaign that could speak to a wide range of candidates across markets, roles, and backgrounds, and make each of them feel like BCG was a place where their work would matter.
"Beyond is where we begin" became the platform. Built around real BCGer stories, the campaign invited candidates to imagine themselves as part of the firm, leading with impact and innovative thinking rather than prestige. The result was a narrative that felt earned, not performed.
We developed creative across dozens of assets and templates in virtually every medium. Social and digital content carried the campaign day-to-day. In-person and virtual events gave it a live presence. Video brought individual stories to life at scale. The system was built to flex across contexts while keeping the message consistent.
The Beyond campaign gave BCG a cohesive employer brand with the range to reach the right candidates, wherever they were.
