Responsibilities

The Project Manager provides strategic, tactical and client service leadership across brand, digital, and content and collateral engagements while keeping on top of day-to-day project activities. Responsibilities include:

  • Building a trusting relationship with the client team lead
  • Establishing clear communication channels with both client and internal teams
  • Managing expectations both internally and externally
  • Directing and being fluent with both creative and technology teams to produce the best possible solutions
  • Developing project scopes and timelines
  • Maintaining project scope and process documentation
  • Collaborating with other team members across the agency as well external partners

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience with strategic branding programs and visual identity projects
  • Experience in digital projects (from UX/UI to content strategy and SEO to working with developers and designers on web sites, mobile apps, etc.)
  • Experience with producing content and collateral including campaign
  • Knowledge and effectiveness working in a cross-functional team environment
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and clients
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (and the capacity to use those skills to plan internal and external meetings, manage project plans, prepare meeting notes, etc.)
  • Experience with project management applications like Asana, Monday, Wrike or Notion
  • Years of Experience: 4-6 years

Office Status

Our team NYC-based team members work in our Chelsea studio at least twice per week. Our ideal candidate lives in the NYC area and is comfortable joining us in person twice per week. We’re are open to candidates who are based elsewhere, as long as they’re willing to work EST hours.

Benefits

  • The expected salary range for this position is $80,000–$95,000 per year
